how it works
form to locked pool, five stepsA MetoPad launch is one wallet approval, then Meteora does the rest. Here is exactly what happens to your coin, your money and your fees — including the parts no launchpad puts on the front page.
Fill in the coin
Name, ticker, picture and links. The image is uploaded from your device and the metadata is built from what you typed — no hosting URL to paste. Website, X and Telegram are optional.
Get an address ending in MET
Your browser grinds a fresh keypair until the mint address ends in MET. Only the public address is sent to the server, and the private key never leaves your machine.
Launch on the bonding curve
Phantom asks once. The curve opens with a 50% fee on every buy for the first 10 seconds, then decays to 1%. You can add a dev buy in the same approval.
Migrate at 85 SOL
When the curve holds 85 SOL of its quote asset, the coin moves to a Meteora DAMM v2 pool with 1 billion tokens and liquidity that stays locked. Curves can be quoted in SOL or USDC — USDC coins migrate at the USDC value of 85 SOL, priced at launch.
Decide where the fees go
After migration you pick the share of pool fees that compounds back into liquidity. The rest accrues to your locked position and you claim it from your wallet.
the rules, spelled out
Anti-bundle fee
Every buy in the first 10 seconds pays 50%, decaying to 1%. A block-zero bundle hands half of its buy straight to the curve, which makes bundling expensive.
Liquidity compounding
On a migrated Meteora pool you choose 0–100% of the pool fees to fold back into liquidity in 5% steps. More compounding means thicker liquidity, fewer fees to yourself.
You claim the rest
The share you don't compound accrues as fees on your locked LP position. There is a claim button on the coin page — your wallet signs the claim.
1% platform fee
1% of bonding-curve trading fees goes to the MetoPad wallet to fund $METOPAD buybacks and burns; the creator keeps the other 99%. Fees after migration are not shared.
Locked migration LP
Liquidity from the migration is locked, so the pool can't be pulled out from under buyers.
Every mint ends in MET
Address suffixes are ground at launch, so a genuine MetoPad coin is easy to recognise in any explorer.
Built on Meteora
MetoPad is a front end over Meteora's bonding curve and DAMM v2 pools. Your coin lives on Meteora's contracts, not on a custom launchpad contract.
Picture and links, not URLs
Upload the artwork and add up to three socials. Files are stored privately and served by MetoPad, so the coin page always shows your art.
Dev buy in the same approval
Buy your own coin at launch with up to 100 of the quote asset (SOL or USDC). Both transactions are signed in one Phantom approval and submitted in order.
what we won't promise
Bundles are made expensive, not impossible
The 50% opening fee is a deterrent. Nothing on Meteora can guarantee that a bundle placed in the same block is rejected — no launchpad can honestly claim that.
Curve fees are claimed, not compounded
While a coin is still on the bonding curve, its fees are creator fees you claim yourself. Compounding only exists once the coin has migrated to a Meteora pool.
Nothing moves without your signature
Launches, dev buys, uploads and fee claims all need your wallet to sign. MetoPad never holds keys and can't spend or move your tokens on its own.
Ready when you are.
Pick a name, upload a picture, and your coin is on a Meteora curve in one approval.
